Lead division e-Commerce activities through partnership with the corporate e-Commerce teams. Coordinate the e-Commerce strategy and develop plans to support a rapid growth model, including achievement of all budgeted goals and development of new e-Commerce models. Serve as a local liaison with 3rd party partners. Ensure execution of and establish store accountability for order volumes, e-Commerce sales, and quality/consistency of customer experience based on enterprise standards.
