GUIDE. GUARD. GO BEYOND. This position is a hybrid position based out of our Rolling Meadows, IL Headquarters. Reporting directly to the GB’s Global CFO, this position will be responsible for our financial accounting, reporting and client billing operations. While a strong knowledge of GAAP financial accounting and reporting is required, SEC compliance and reporting takes place at the corporate parent level. The ideal candidate is an experienced strategic leader, strongly rooted in understanding and improving processes with demonstrable improvements. They will play a pivotal role in shaping structure, capabilities and the long-term vision of GB’s Finance organization. The GB Controllership requires strong leadership skills with the ability to identify and develop talent while building highly effective, scalable teams. The ability to confidently manage up and down divisional hierarchy and work effectively with our corporate parent is required.
