About The Position

We are currently recruiting for a Division Controller. This position will be responsible for developing and maintaining accounting principles, practices and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, and general accounting duties. This position reports to the Complex Manager.

Requirements

• BS in Accounting
• Three to five years experience in an accounting position.
• Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems.
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Ability to analyze data and prepare financial reports, statements and projections.
• Have a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Must have expert skills in Microsoft Excel.

Nice To Haves

• 1 to 2 years of supervisory experience in the financial reporting/general ledger area a plus

Responsibilities

• Compile and analyze financial information to prepare monthly financial statements.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly financial and operational production management reports.
• Financial audit preparation and coordinate the audit process.
• Reconcile and maintain monthly balance sheet backup.
• Prepare monthly journal entries.
• Participating in management evaluation of new capital projects.
• Assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures.
• Ensure that all financial information is accurate and in compliance with all regulatory bodies.
• Various other duties or projects as needed.
