Join a Company that Empowers you to Build your Future The Division Business Analyst is responsible analyzing reports and financial data to develop and deliver fact-based pricing strategies for division leadership. Collaborating with various departments, the Division Business Analyst will identify factors impacting pricing and selling processes, and implement strategic solutions to enhance key operational metrics and financial outcomes. The Division Business Analyst role demands a keen intellect and curiosity to uncover new areas for improvement, question assumptions, and drive continuous improvement. A career with purpose. Your Responsibilities on the Team Manage the overall pricing process, including providing recommendations, obtaining approvals, and communicating results across the sales organization. Recommend price adjustments based on historical sales trends, market conditions, and supply and demand dynamics. Collaborate with Division lines of business to understand processes, strategies, and KPIs influencing revenue growth. Provide revenue management expertise and leadership to the management team and market sales leaders. Offer an objective perspective on complex business issues through a deep understanding of data, analytics, and business principles. Translate data, insights, and forecasts into actionable recommendations using visualization and data analysis tools, and communicate these effectively to senior leadership. Track, create, maintain, and analyze data to support decision-making. Develop and apply new skills, techniques, and statistical models to predict future operational results and key performance metrics. Consolidate and analyze operational data to identify cause and effect relationships and share root causes. Oversee the day-to-day implementation and analysis of various initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or related field required; MBA preferred.
  • 2 years experience as a Revenue/Pricing Manager, Business Analyst, or similar role preferred.
  • Experience in the homebuilding industry is a plus.
  • Familiarity with business software such as Salesforce, JDE, or Business Intelligence tools preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Responsibilities
