Position Summary The Division Administrator provides strategic, operational, and financial leadership for all departments within the assigned division of Revere Health. As a key member of the senior leadership team, this role collaborates closely with the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Physician Leadership, and other executives to establish long-term goals, drive organizational initiatives and strategies, and ensure optimal performance across all departments. The Division Administrator oversees operational strategy, efficiency, regulatory compliance, quality of care, and the implementation of policies and procedures that support Revere Health’s mission, values, and strategic priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, or a related field (required).
  • Minimum of seven (5) years of administrative or business services experience in a healthcare environment, including at least four (3) years in a supervisory or management role.
  • Experience in physician practice management strongly preferred.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of relevant healthcare regulations and laws, including HIPAA, Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, FMLA, FLSA, and OSHA standards.
  • Demonstrated leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, including strong oral, written, and presentation abilities.
  • Proven ability to manage complex operations, multiple priorities, and cross-functional teams.

  • Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related discipline (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and direction to Physicians, Administrators, Department Managers, Office Managers, and Supervisors responsible for daily department operations within their assigned division.
  • Establish and maintain an effective organizational structure that supports efficient workflows, high-quality service delivery, and patient satisfaction.
  • Continually evaluate operational processes, recommending and implementing improvements to enhance productivity and service quality.
  • Lead and support teams in executing improvement initiatives, organizational changes, and departmental goals.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments and satellite offices; attend physician and departmental meetings regularly.
  • Oversee facility and equipment management, including evaluation, budgeting, acquisition, and maintenance.
  • Recommend capital expenditures consistent with organizational strategies, priorities and policies.
  • Ensure all departments comply with applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including Medicare and other payer requirements.
  • Represent the division in governance, operational, and management meetings, communicating key updates and decisions to department leaders and staff.
  • Develop, manage, and monitor departmental budgets in collaboration with Physicians, Department Administrators, Office Managers, and the Finance Team.
  • Review monthly and quarterly financial reports to ensure appropriate income, cash flow, and cost management.
  • Evaluate division-wide financial performance, including profitability, resource utilization, productivity, and quality metrics.
  • Ensure the accuracy, appropriateness, and compliance of all division-related expenditures.
  • Collaborate with Senior Leadership and Physician Leadership to establish divisional strategies, performance goals, and long-range plans.
  • Develop and implement short- and long-term operational and financial plans for the Division and its departments.
  • Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with hospitals, health systems, referring physician groups, and other external partners.
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop Administrators, Department Managers, Office Managers, and Supervisors, ensuring clear responsibility, accountability, and performance expectations.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and recommend salary adjustments, promotions, coaching, and corrective actions when necessary.
  • Partner with Human Resources to support workforce planning, talent development, and retention strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to Clinic Policy and the Employee Handbook, including training requirements and disciplinary procedures.
  • Maintain working knowledge of employment laws and regulations and ensure accurate payroll, timekeeping, and personnel record management.
  • Perform additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned by executive and physician leadership.
