The position manages and supports the administrative operations for the Substance Abuse Treatment Programs /Division of Services for Addiction and the Montefiore Einstein Psychiatry Associates Faculty Practice. Responsible for the integration and expansion of services and activities including planning, program development, human resources, facilities/project management, quality improvement and staff development. Builds and maintains relationships with various departments and clinical divisions. Advises and provides recommendations for improvements of service, compensation and staffing related issues. Analyzes internal processes and plans and implements procedural and policy changes to improve operations. Prepares and reviews operational reports and schedules to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Determines budgetary needs by analyzing short- and long-term program plans. Collaborates with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic plans for faculty and associate recruitment, operations and clinical and fiscal growth. Work with faculty to improve productivity, quality standards and research growth opportunities. Ensures compliance with federal, state, local and regulatory agency regulations, including accrediting agencies such as Joint Commission, OASAS and DOHMH. and facilitates and implements quality improvement initiatives to meet.
