GRADE 20 LOCATION OF POSITION Maryland Department of Human Services Child Support Administration 25 South Charles St. Baltimore, MD 21201 Main Purpose of Job Incumbent in this position performs as a senior level manager responsible for providing professional, administrative and supervisory staff work in managing the Contracts and Procurement Unit and the Cooperative Reimbursement Unit. It oversees the timely execution of all contracts, interagency agreements, grants and invoice processing for the Child Support Administration. Additionally, oversight of the planning, organizing, and managing of the Thirty-one CSA’s federally mandated Cooperative Reimbursement Agreements with the Twenty-four Maryland local sub-divisions as well as for Central Office oversight for all local child support activities to ensure the state-wide operations are compliant with federal and state law (regulations and policies).
