District Mgr Position Profile Drives, leads and develops a sales team of Account Mgrs. to demonstrate customer minded and consultative selling competencies in the sales District. Coaches team to leverage business, account planning, pipeline and opportunity management to achieve objectives. Responsible for driving results through new business development and the expansion of services across customer base. Manages and adjusts to the business conditions based on the proactive management of the P/L of the district.
