At Medtronic, the District Sales Manager, Cardiac Surgery manages the achievement of unit and revenue goals for assigned therapy products in an assigned district. To achieve these goals the DM will motivate and inspire a team of Sales Representatives and engage directly with key customers. The DM also assists the district in achieving overall assigned therapy marketing objectives and interacts with Sr. leadership in sales and marketing. The DM will be responsible for forecasting and regularly reporting on progress on the district toward sales revenue goals. Along with strong interpersonal communication and leadership skills and proven medical device sales experience the DM will also need to have significant experience utilizing electronic technology and business software.
