The District Sales Manager is responsible for influencing the dealer network and farming community to grow Agriculture Irrigation sales in the territory. Primary responsibilities include developing and executing account plans with Dealers; focusing on areas of product and technical specification training, local marketing, product influence, and other business development initiatives. This role must also focus on management of relationships with large farming entities, corporate accounts, and product influencers through the development and execution of long-term business growth plans and strategies. This position is Remote for candidates in the US Southeast Region This person is responsible for setting the direction and achieving desired sales results in the territory. This role requires a highly motivated and detail-oriented sales manager that strives to differentiate Rain Bird from its competitors by providing unrivalled customer service, high visibility, and a comprehensive call coverage cycle. The successful candidate will quickly achieve exceptional sales and market share growth with traditional agriculture irrigation dealers, large growers, and corporate accounts through successful execution of novel business development plans and strategies.
