The District Manager is the daily primary point of contact for the VDOT District Supply Program Manager (DSPM) and will be responsible to VDOT for providing customer support throughout the District in accordance with the SLA. The District Manager will coordinate overtime requests made through the DSPM to ensure that all ISSP locations are properly supported during VDOT emergency operations. The District Manager is responsible for hiring qualified candidates, correcting employee deficiencies, enforcing the employee training program, and dismissing underperforming or non-compliant employees. Travel to complete assigned functions will occur both overnight and during weekends. This is an salaried position.
