About The Position
This position will be located in the West Central (Dayton) Regional Ohio Area and will require travel District Manager – Job Description The District Manager provides oversight and leadership for multiple facilities within the Quality Moments Behavioral Health Services network. This role is responsible for ensuring quality care, compliance, staff performance, and operational efficiency. The District Manager acts as the liaison between corporate leadership and facility staff and case managers while maintaining organizational standards.
Requirements
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple facilities, prioritize needs, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, JotForm/Fast field, and basic HR/Payroll systems.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with multi-unit management is preferred.
