Job Overview: The objective of the District Manager is to ensure the growth and profitability of Capital Hot Tubs by implementing and achieving the company vision in all customer facing areas and through on going coaching at each level of the company. As a member of Capital Hot Tub’s leadership team, the District Manager will also be expected to contribute to the company’s growth strategies and long-term vision.
