About The Position
The District Manager oversees store operations, personnel management, sales performance, expense control, and overall profitability within an assigned territory. This role directs and supervises multiple locations, develops market-level business plans, and executes strategic initiatives designed to drive sales growth and maximize profitability.
Requirements
- Proven ability to identify, develop, and retain talent through coaching, delegation, and leadership
- Strong understanding of retail financial principles, with excellent math and problem-solving skills
- High EQ with strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence, motivate, and lead teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Flexible and results-driven, with the ability to travel regularly, work extended hours, and respond to urgent situations
