Responsible for achieving district sales plan including giving clear direction to ensure plan is met, controlling expenses, and meeting company shrinkage goals. Responsible for visiting each store personally to assess store manager's performance and give direction to maximize results. Complete special projects (store remodels, openings, closing, etc).
