About The Position

This District Manager role will provide oversight to Gulf Coast Hotel Management’s ECHO Suites Extended Stay by Wyndham locations in Florida, including projects under construction, in late stages of development and currently open. This role will be responsible for the overall operations of 4 - 5 hotels with the probability of expanding as the company continues to grow and add more hotels. Applicants must be based in the Greater Orlando/Central Florida area. The District Manager is responsible for the overall operational results of assigned hotels and ensures compliance with company and franchise standards and policies. Responsible for maximizing revenue and profits, maintaining appropriate staffing, supporting localized sales efforts and promoting company and franchise values and initiatives. Frequent and extended travel within the State of Florida is required and will be an ongoing component of the role. Requirements

  • Applicants must be based in the Greater Orlando/Central Florida area.
