About The Position

LMCU is looking for a District Manager I, who is responsible for directing and developing plans and strategies to achieve organizational sales and service goals; participating in implementation of organizational strategic plans pertaining to the retail branches; ensuring that designated branches are in compliance with all regulations and LMCU operating policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Five to eight years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience.
  • College degree is required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong supervisory skills.
  • Able to apply logical or scientific thinking to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions.
  • Able to interpret a variety of technical instructions and can deal with multiple variables.

Responsibilities

  • Directs and monitors branch operations directly and through subordinate managers to ensure that they meet organizational goals and objectives.
  • Develops, proposes, gains acceptance for and implements sales and service delivery strategies.
  • Monitors delivery quality levels and takes action to improve where needed.
  • Participates in establishing an annual operational budget and monitors performance to budget throughout the year.
  • Uses loan authority to underwrite loans as needed to support operations.
  • Responsible for ensuring the department maintains compliance with all applicable federal and state laws, regulations and guidance, adheres to Bank policies and procedures and completes required training.
