About The Position

Sodexo Live! is seeking a high-performing District Manager with a prominent airport lounge client. The District Manager oversees operations across multiple premium airport lounges, serving as the key liaison between field teams and corporate or client leadership. This role ensures consistent execution of Sodexo’s brand standards while driving performance in service delivery, staffing, financials, and compliance. The District M anager leads and supports in-lounge leadership, resolves escalated issues, fosters team cohesion, and ensures alignment across all touchpoints in a fast-paced, high-touch environment. The ideal candidate will reside in the Dallas, TX metro area. Lounge operations are based at DFW, LAS, PHX and SAN Airports in the west. Regular travel between these lounge locations is a critical function of the role. Venues and events don’t just bring people together, they create exceptional moments and lasting memories. Requirements

  • Proven leadership track record within top-tier luxury hotels, fine dining restaurant groups or cruise lines , with a focus on exceptional customer service
  • A compelling and energetic executive presence within a client team environment
  • Prior contract dining experience with multi-site responsibility and sound culinary knowledge
  • Extensive fiscal management experience, which includes developing and managing individual budgets within company and client targets, fiscal analysis, utilization of data to make effective business decisions and proven ability to deliver on growth strategies- P&L management
  • Demonstrated ability to build, develop, and lead strong management teams
  • Business development skills to identify and successfully target growth opportunities among existing clients
  • Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum Management Experience – 5 years
  • Minimum Functional Experience – 5 years

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily operations by leveraging operational data, inc luding labor productivity, guest satisfaction metrics, incident logs, and financial dashboards , to drive performance improvements .
  • Set and monitor SLA across lounges, implementing corrective action as needed
  • Direct daily lounge operations across all assigned locations, ensuring full compliance with health and occupational safety, security, and operational protocols;.
  • Coach and support in-unit senior leadership (General Managers, F&B Directors) and teams to drive accountability, engagement, and collaboration;
  • Enforce safety and regulatory compliance, proactively identifying and mitigating operational risks;
  • Oversee service consistency, financial results, and brand standards across all lounges in assigned portfolio;
  • Serve as the on-site connector between operations and key stakeholders —Airport Dimensions (AD) and their partners, Chase and HPH (via AD);
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams- including culinary, HR, Finance- to drive alignment and ensure a cohesive execution model that meets brand expectations and Sodexo Live! standards;
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess performance, support teams, and ensure alignment;
  • Oversee workforce planning, staffing levels, control labor costs and support premium service delivery;
  • Manage real-time response to operational issues such as staffing shortages, service failures, or irregular operations (IROPs). Coordinate with airport authorities, clients and internal teams to maintain business continuity.
