We’re seeking a dynamic, experienced District Manager to lead and support our Drybar locations. This is a hands-on, multi-unit leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, team development, revenue growth, and brand consistency across three Drybar locations. This role partners closely with ownership to ensure each shop delivers a consistent, elevated Drybar experience while maintaining strong business performance and a positive, empowering team culture. Requirements

  • 2+ years of management experience in a salon, spa, or service-based environment
  • Full-time, in-shop position (40 hours per week)
  • Must be able to work flexible days and hours; including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong ability to problem-solve, set clear expectations and goals, and delegate effectively
  • Confident, decisive leader who can make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skillsFlexible availability
  • Highly reliable, organized, and solution-oriented
  • Comfortable using Google Sheets and basic digital tools

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Mindbody/Booker is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations across all locations, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and an exceptional guest experience
  • Lead, inspire, coach, and support stylists and front desk teams
  • Actively manage staffing, scheduling, and call-outs to ensure proper coverage at all times
  • Serve as a visible, hands-on leader in the shops — coaching in real time and setting the standard
  • Train, develop, and support front desk teams to build confidence, professionalism, and strong guest connections
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and operational needs to support smooth business flow
  • Collaborate closely with ownership to drive shop goals, performance, and team success
  • Foster a positive, accountable, family-style culture rooted in respect, communication, and consistency
  • Implement structure, policies, and procedures.
