About The Position

The District Manager in Training (DMIT) role is a store-based leadership development position designed to prepare high-potential leaders for future District Manager roles at Red White & Blue Thrift. This role provides progressive, hands-on exposure to critical thrift leadership functions in various market locations—including Retail Manager, Production Manager, and General Manager-level store leadership—prior to assuming responsibility for a multi-unit district.
