Within the spirit of “Making People’s Dreams Come True”, this position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to The Daily Sun subscribers, contractors, co-workers, and other employees of the company. This role also supports service and revenue goals of the department by giving resolution to customer concerns, selling various subscription options as well as helping with retention efforts. These duties are accomplished while delivering Raving Fans customer service to both internal and external customers.
