About The Position

This position provides essential administrative support to Sherwin-Williams wholesale and retail store operations, sales territories, and district management. The duties are varied and include communications and meeting administration; data entry and management in the human resources information system (HRIS), applicant tracking system (ATS), and timekeeping system; filing and record keeping; monitoring financial/operating reports; processing expense reports; providing administration support for training and performance management processes; and ensuring efficient office functions. The role involves contact with other employees and access to confidential and proprietary information, which may be supervised or unsupervised. A review of criminal history is necessary for this position to protect the business, its operations, reputation, and the safety of staff, employees, and business relationships.

Requirements

  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future
  • Must have at least a High School diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

  • At least one (1) year of experience using Microsoft Office products (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and/or Outlook)
  • At least one (1) year of work experience in an administrative support or customer service position
  • An associate's degree or higher in Business, Business Management, or Human Resources
  • Prior work experience using an HRIS and/or ATS
  • Prior work experience maintaining and analyzing data
  • Prior work experience using timekeeping systems

Responsibilities

  • Support talent acquisition and HR in recruitment processes
  • Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
  • Provide support to employees navigating Company resources and processes
  • Support performance management, training, and corrective action programs
  • Manage communications and sales project support for District
  • Maintain accurate data and records within HRIS, ATS, timekeeping system, and document repositories
  • Gather and report data with useful metrics
  • Perform other administrative functions as required, including scheduling meetings, ordering and maintaining office supplies and equipment, coordinating travel, and ad hoc reporting
