About The Position

This position provides essential administrative support to Sherwin-Williams wholesale and retail store operations, sales territories, and district management. The duties are varied and include communications and meeting administration; data entry and management in the human resources information system (HRIS), applicant tracking system (ATS), and timekeeping system; filing and record keeping; monitoring financial/operating reports; processing expense reports; providing administration support for training and performance management processes; and ensuring that office functions are handled efficiently. The role involves contact with other employees and access to confidential and proprietary information.

Responsibilities

  • Provide essential administrative support to Sherwin-Williams wholesale and retail store operations, sales territories, and district management

  • Manage filing and record keeping
  • Monitor financial/operating reports
