About The Position

The Texarkana Arkansas School District is accepting applications for District Communication & Branding Coordinator. This contractual position is year round with a 240-day contract. Primary Purpose/Function: Promote the school district through positive communication with all stakeholders.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to use a personal computer and software
  • Knowledge of website and social media technologies and operations
  • Proficient skills in typing, word processing, and file maintenance
  • Knowledge of photography
  • Effective organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Patient and calm demeanor
  • Two or more years of advanced secretarial experience with extensive contact with people

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in marketing or sales
  • The Board may find appropriate and acceptable alternatives to the above qualifications.
