Del Amo Motorsports Group is looking to hire Warehouse workers at our brand new Victorville location. The Warehouse Distribution Worker is responsible for packaging and preparing products for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role ensures accuracy, quality, and efficiency in handling materials and meeting production goals.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in warehouse or assembly preferred.
Ability to read and interpret work instructions and diagrams.
Basic math and measurement skills.
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Forklift certified.

Responsibilities

Assemble products according to specifications and work instructions.
Inspect parts and finished goods for quality and compliance.
Operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely.
Package and label products for shipping.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow safety guidelines and report any hazards or equipment issues.
Assist with inventory control and stock replenishment as needed.
Meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage areas.
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards.
Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely.
Perform regular inventory counts and report discrepancies.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
Assist in loading and unloading trucks.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals.
