About The Position

This position is an entry level warehouse position performing a combination of
basic distribution functions and performing the tasks in an efficient manner
that meets company standards of accuracy, quality, productivity and ensuring
compliance with OSHA standards, SOP's, GMP's as well as assisting in ensuring
the security of the warehouse is maintained.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License in good standing.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk throughout the day.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and safety awareness.
• 0–3 years of warehouse/distribution experience.
• Forklift experience preferred — training and certification available if needed.
• Willingness to learn and grow within a structured environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping operations.
• Verify incoming shipments and reconcile with packing slips/invoices.
• Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks).
• Drive company vehicles (including straight trucks) for material transport (III & Lead).
• Track and report on shipment statuses and inventory levels.
• Conduct inventory cycle counts and assists in discrepancy resolution.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, and company safety policies.
• Use warehouse systems and Microsoft Excel for data entry and tracking.
