About The Position

The full-time Distribution Team Member will have responsibility for assigned warehouse duties, including shipping and receiving, unloading and loading trucks, fulfilling orders and delivery. This position will work an 8-hour shift Monday through Friday

Requirements

Valid Driver's License is required and must be insurable.
Ability to achieve forklift certification upon hire.
Ability to successfully pass pre-employment background check, drug screen and a Physical Capabilities Profile assessment.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
Ability to carry out assigned tasks.

Responsibilities

Maintain a safe work environment by following all safety codes.
Assist Distribution Manager with the following tasks:
Receive trucks and unload merchandise.
Check-in merchandise and affix labels.
Match purchase orders to sales orders.
Deliver excellent customer service and provide a positive experience with each interaction with customers.
Assist with fulfilling customer orders.
Move materials off racks and package for shipment.
Place merchandise on pallets or shelves for distribution
Record amounts of materials or items received.
Sort material according to size, type, style, color, and/or product code
