About The Position

Bob Barker Company is seeking a Distribution Team Member I to support Value-Added Services operations in our Ogden, Utah distribution center and manufacturing facility. Broad Function The Distribution Team Member I will serve in three primary functions that add to and improve the products and services we offer to our customers: Kitting, Screening, and Material handling. Distribution Team Members are cross-trained and work efficiently within these three functions to support their team and the needs of our customers. The main responsibilities within these three functions are as follows: Screening - Setup and prepare silk screening machines for operation according to specifications and work orders. Operate computer to generated patterns. Operate various production machines such as manual and automatic presses, dryers, and light table. Requires use of emulsions and inks. Kitting - Prepare components and packaging materials. Count and pack small and medium parts or products in bags, cases, or other containers. Utilize auto-bagger machine to create kits. Check against packing lists for inclusion of all component parts on completed units. Apply special labels where necessary. Material Handler - Prepare and count garments. Get materials for both the kit room and the screening room. All team members in Bob Barker Company's Utah distribution center are cross trained in other departments and work together to accomplish the work each day. They will shift departments as needed to support customer and facility needs.

Requirements

  • Basic math, language and writing skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to work cross functionally and be flexible.
  • High School Diploma/GED
