What you will do - Support the operation of robotic systems and automated equipment within a high ‑ tech warehouse environment Ensure efficient warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping activities Perform loaner instrument maintenance and cleaning, including receiving, inspection, replenishment, picking, packing, and shipping of kits Process loaner kits through shipping, receiving, inspection, and cleaning in support of Distribution Loaners team objectives Execute warehouse transfers, cycle counts, and other operational tasks as needed Assist with configuration, basic programming, troubleshooting, and issue diagnosis for robotic and automated systems Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment, including storage areas and workstations Ensure compliance with safety, cleanliness, and equipment ‑ handling standards Adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements and promptly report safety concerns or equipment malfunctions What you need - Required Qualifications: 3 + years of relevant experience High school diploma or equivalent Must be able to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds. Must have the ability to work very flexible hours, as needed to support the business needs Preferred Qualifications: Associate’s degree or technical certification in robotics, mechatronics, or a related field Knowledge of warehouse operations Previous experience working with robotic systems, automation equipment, or in a technical support role in a warehouse or manufacturing environment Forklift license Ability to perform on-call duties that may require weekend and evening work $32.40 per hour plus bonus eligible + benefits.
