About The Position

Work Flexibility: Onsite Schedule: Monday to Friday 10am to 6:30 pm Overtime flexibility as needed What you will do - Support the operation of robotic systems and automated equipment within a high‑tech warehouse environment Ensure efficient warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping activities Perform loaner instrument maintenance and cleaning, including receiving, inspection, replenishment, picking, packing, and shipping of kits Process loaner kits through shipping, receiving, inspection, and cleaning in support of Distribution Loaners team objectives Execute warehouse transfers, cycle counts, and other operational tasks as needed Assist with configuration, basic programming, troubleshooting, and issue diagnosis for robotic and automated systems Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment, including storage areas and workstations Ensure compliance with safety, cleanliness, and equipment‑handling standards Adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements and promptly report safety concerns or equipment malfunctions What you need - Required Qualifications: 3 + years of relevant experience High school diploma or equivalent Must be able to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds. Must have the ability to work very flexible hours, as needed to support the business needs Preferred Qualifications: Associate’s degree or technical certification in robotics, mechatronics, or a related field Knowledge of warehouse operations Previous experience working with robotic systems, automation equipment, or in a technical support role in a warehouse or manufacturing environment Forklift license Ability to perform on-call duties that may require weekend and evening work $32.40 per hour plus bonus eligible + benefits. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.

Requirements

3 + years of relevant experience
