External applicants must be eligible to work in the US. Your Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated leader to join our Warehouse and distribution team within the Life Sciences division. In this role, you will supervise team and managing the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring that all activities are carried out in a timely, efficient and safe manner. This included and is not limited receiving, inventory management, shipping and warehousing. The supervisor is responsible for adherence to all company operating procedures and government regulations (ISO, GMP, OSHA, DEA, DOT, CFR, IATA, IMO, etc.) You will act as the subject matter expert for the department and support internal and external audits conducted by customers and regulatory bodies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver service and support to both our internal and external customers. You will deliver training and guidance to your team and others on use of ERP systems to ensure smooth operations and delivery of goods and services. Who you are Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, warehousing, and shipping operations. Ensure accurate inventory records and compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Develop and implement efficient processes to enhance operational efficiency. Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to improve performance and productivity. Collaborate with various departments, including CPM, Planning, and Manufacturing, to ensure timely product availability and delivery. Serve as the department representative during internal and external audits, upholding safety and housekeeping standards Analyze performance metrics and prepare management reports on inventory and distribution operations. Address and resolve issues during the distribution process, including customer complaints and logistical challenges. Participate in talent selection, performance management, and employee relations through effective communication. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Biology, Chemistry or other Business or Life Sciences discipline.
  • 4+ years of operational experience in a warehouse, distribution facility
  • 3+ years of experience in SAP (PRP, and PSE/EWM)
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience.
  • 2+ of experience in a GMP environment.
  • OR High School Diploma or GED
  • 4+ years of experience in supply chain operations, logistics coordination, or laboratory management within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or manufacturing sectors.
  • 4+ years of operational experience in a warehouse, distribution facility
  • 3+ years of experience in SAP (PRP, and PSE/EWM)
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience.
  • 2+ of experience in a GMP environment.
