About The Position

We are a leading manufacturer of high-quality bathtubs, committed to craftsmanship, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. We are seeking a Distribution Supervisor to lead our warehouse and distribution operations and ensure our products reach customers safely, accurately, and on time.

The Distribution Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management. This role leads a team of distribution personnel, ensures compliance with safety and quality standards, and drives continuous improvement in operational efficiency.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 3–5 years of warehouse or distribution experience

Nice To Haves

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
• 1–3 years of leadership or supervisory experience (preferred but not required)
• Experience in manufacturing or heavy goods distribution is a plus
• Familiarity with ERP or inventory systems (training provided)

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily distribution operations, including shipping, receiving, staging, and loading
• Lead, coach, and develop team members to meet performance goals
• Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
• Coordinate with production, customer service, and logistics teams
• Maintain inventory accuracy and reporting
• Enforce safety policies and OSHA compliance standards
• Maintain warehouse organization and efficient product flow
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Manage scheduling, timekeeping, and productivity metrics
• Resolve operational issues and discrepancies
• Ensure proper handling and storage of products to prevent damage
• Oversee warehouse equipment usage and maintenance
• Prepare reports and maintain documentation
