About The Position

Responsible for the management of a team to do daily task that contest of picking, packing, inventory, receiving and shipping of orders to exceed client and company standards

Coach, counsel, communicate and motivate staff to exceed client and company standards

Requirements

• Able to prioritize multiple tasks on a daily basis
• Set appropriate expectations with employees keeping “customer service” as a guiding factor
• Successfully cope with demands from managers, subordinates and peers
• Keep well informed, follow policy and procedures and display consistency
• Continuous education opportunities
• High School Diploma or equivalent, four year degree preferred
• 2 years
• Leadership, Time Management, Communication, Forklift a plus
• Microsoft Office, Logiwa a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage zone or zones to ensure daily task are done according to PBD standards
• Monitor productivity and quality control processes in zone and make required adjustments to achieve expected benchmarks
• Maintain a safe, clean and quality centered zone
• Interact with appropriate staff on various work related issues as they arise
• Promote teamwork and free flowing communication
• People development and training
