Disneyland Resort has an opening for a Distribution Services Manager supporting the Warehouse/Distribution Center in Ontario, CA. Responsible for the leadership and management of personnel and facility for assigned areas with a focus on the Five Keys (Safety, Courtesy, Show, Efficiency, and Inclusion). You will be accountable for ensuring a safe and efficient operation, while focusing on internal Guest service, process and procedures achieved by coaching, mentoring and providing performance feedback to your Cast Members. In this role you will understand the strategic goals of the operation, ensure the team is able to implement the tactical skills needed to improve productivity, maintain a high level of service while seeking financial opportunities. You will collaborate with Resort and Segment Partners (Finance, Safety, Merchandise, Facilities, etc) to understand their needs and implement process changes to achieve Win/Win situations. You will administer performance feedback including recognition, discipline and performance appraisals and respond to Guest concerns and provide appropriate service solutions. You should be able to step in for the Area Manager when necessary. This position reports directly to the Area Mgr-Distribution Svcs in Ontario, CA. NOTE we are a 7 day a week operation in Ontario, CA. This role will have a schedule that may include weekends, holidays etc
