Requirements

  • 6 months of work history
  • 18 years or older
  • Operating a Walkie Pallet Jack, Rider Pallet Jack, Standup Counterbalance, Turret Truck, Order Picker, and Sit Down Counterbalanced (training will be provided)
  • Must be able to work effectively in subzero temperatures
  • Must be able to work at heights up to 40 feet
  • Ability to work in an environment that is fast paced
  • Lift up to 50lbs
  • Standing, walking, pushing, lifting, bending, stepping up and down
  • Working in a team environment in the workplace
  • Following good manufacturing practices (GMP’s)
  • Basic Math Skills
  • Applicants must not now, or at any time in the future, require employer sponsorship for a work visa.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older (all plant positions)

Nice To Haves

  • Related experience is desirable but not required.
  • The individual must possess communication skills, must be able to work effectively at subzero temperatures and at heights up to 40 feet, must be able to climb up and down a stepladder and reach up above. The individual is required to work in a team environment in the workplace.

Responsibilities

  • Performing duties related to receiving, storing, and shipping food productions/supplies
  • Ships and receives outbound and inbound goods
  • Responsible for warehouse organization and cleanliness
  • Responsible for organizing and straightening up all aspects of the freezer, coolers, and docks
  • Load and unload trucks
  • Stacks and secures items in position on truck to prevent damaging during shipment
  • Assembles and moves product into and out of coolers and freezers
  • Takes care of rendering
  • Perform any and all duties as assigned by Lead/Supervisor
