About The Position

Works as a Distribution Associate pulling / filling orders, shipping, and loading trucks Operates forklift, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment Leads all activities associated with receiving/storing product and inventorying materials, equipment, parts. Ensures that product is identified, sorted and stored accurately. Unload trucks and move freight, stock, and materials to designated areas using authorized machinery (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.). Verify shipments against bills of lading, packing lists, and purchase orders to ensure accuracy in quantity and destination. Inspect products for damage, noting details on the freight bill. Record shipment data (weight, charges, discrepancies) Communicate issues regarding damages or shortages to the appropriate representatives. Document all received materials in the computer system. Restock primary order locations from secondary storage.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED; strongly prefer at least 3 years of related experience, ideally in a warehouse or distribution center environment that utilize RF technology
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual should have a strong comfort level with using computers on a daily basis.
  • A current and valid drivers license.
  • You must live within a reasonable distance from the Distribution Center. This job is NOT remote and requires you to enter the center every workday.
  • You must be able to lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis and perform functions such as crouching, kneeling, and balancing.
