Work Environment & Expectations: This role may involve a mix of office-based coordination and on-the-ground field work, depending on workflow needs. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of quality and accuracy. Position Summary: The Fielding Coordinator plays a critical leadership role within the operations team, overseeing all fielding activities to ensure efficient, accurate, and timely execution of work. This position is a member of the Manager’s Leadership Team and acts as the primary point of contact for fielding operations, training, and resource management. The Fielding Coordinator ensures all data collection and field prep processes are executed to the highest standards, while also contributing to team development and process improvement.
