About The Position

This entry-level coordinator position is an integral part of the Export Parts Specialist team. The role acts as the primary liaison with distributors, ensuring high levels of service and parts availability for export customers. This involves maintaining on-time delivery, shipment integrity, and reducing backorders, including Critical Back Orders. The coordinator is responsible for key export distributors of mid complexity, working with internal groups to meet and exceed customer service expectations.

Requirements

Experience in customer service activities, including conducting video conference calls and coordinating orders.
Ability to research, analyze, and provide terms and conditions.
Proficiency in working with internal departments to expedite and address customer regulatory requirements.
Understanding of export logistics flow and customer expectations.
Proficiency in managing Export Service Level, New Model parts availability, and export backorder management.

Nice To Haves

Experience in export parts logistics and working with parts centers.
Proficiency in SAP and inventory management.
Capability to conduct inspections and manage shipping and receiving processes.

Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact for assigned export customers, collaborating with multiple departments to gather ETA information and expedite requests.
Secure fast-turn parts orders for customers and support shipping compliance for various markets.
Provide customer forecasts and oversee the W37 forecasting program with vendors and customers.
Support New Model activities and handle quality claims processing, coordinating with the quality team for inspections and returns.
Manage overall Export Service Level, W37 forecast accuracy, backorders, and on-time delivery for assigned customers.
Conduct periodic video conferences with customers and prepare monthly management reports, distributor summaries, and customer video conference updates.
Participate in special projects and travel to meet with top customers as necessary.
