About The Position

Under the general direction of the Sr. Distribution Supervisor, perform a wide
variety of functions such as data entry, maintenance of records, preparing
listings and summaries, simple computations, filing, and other administrative
duties in support of the operations of the Shipping & Receiving department.
Document preparation includes all required documents for the shipping &
receiving of customer orders, interplant transfers, and vendor shipments.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Two (2) years of experience in: Customer service, Management systems, Shipping and receiving
• Experience in distribution or logistics operations
• Strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Ensure products are delivered to their destinations accurately and promptly
• Set guidelines for performing assessments
• Serve as a liaison between departments, developing strategies to optimize operations
• Monitor shipments, resolve scheduling conflicts, and maintain communication with vendors
• Perform other related duties as directed.
