Job Description: SCOPE: Responsible for greeting clients in the distribution area, querying the database for the referral to obtain the services ordered by their care provider. This position also provides services related to nutritional supplement, medical equipment, medical supplies, equipment loans and financial assistance as needed. FUNCTIONS: 1. Customer Service 2. Inventory Control 3. Distribution QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma required Some college preferred Inventory control experience helpful ADDITIONAL SKILLS/ABILITIES: Analytical skills to gather and summarize information for planning & development Excellent verbal, written and organizational skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, think independently, take initiative, meet deadlines Must be attentive to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials For more than 50 years, the staff at Mary Bird Perkins Cancer Center has provided the highest quality care to our patients.
