About The Position

Coordinates logistics operations, both inbound and outbound, including inventory control, storage, and transportation, to ensure a sufficient supply of goods and products. Controls the commercial impact of the full range of activities that are carried out, from the receipt, location, and delivery of products to the optimization of distribution operations. Manages people processes and systems to meet the needs of the organization and our customers. Meet or exceed service level metrics while driving continuous improvement.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, logistics or related field preferred.
3+ years of experience in logistics management required
English proficiency required.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to speak and write in English is required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software.
Good management and organizational skills.
Strong problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

Spanish proficiency is preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee the distribution operations of a warehouse, helping ensure that goods arrive at their destination on time and undamaged
Implementing distribution policies, conducting routine inspections, delegating tasks to staff, and overseeing shipment tracking
Organizing and managing inventory, storage, and transportation.
Analyzing and optimizing logistical procedures.
Reviewing, preparing, and routing purchase orders.
Prepare accurate reports for upper management.
Ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments.
Monitoring shipments, costs, timelines, and productivity.
Maintain logs and records of warehouse stock and executed orders
Addressing and resolving shipment and inventory issues.
Liaising and negotiating with suppliers and retailers, and responding to customer queries.
Regular and punctual attendance, consistently adhere to the assigned work schedule.
Comply with all company and safety requirements, policies, and procedures.
