We are looking for an Outbound Supervisor to join our team working from 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm. The Outbound Supervisor oversees both the daily order picking and loading operations within the distribution center. This role ensures that all outbound shipments and picked orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with company standards for safety, quality, and productivity.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • 5+ years previous supervisory experience.
  • Strong knowledge of loading, order picking, and outbound fulfillment processes.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team development skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanning, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily loading and order picking operations to ensure timely, accurate, and complete outbound fulfillment.
  • Lead, train, and motivate team members across picking, packing, and loading functions to enhance performance and productivity.
  • Ensure all loading and picking activities comply with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
  • Oversee order picking workflow, including task assignment, priority management, and productivity tracking.
  • Conduct regular inspections of loading equipment, picking tools, and warehouse storage areas; maintain required documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with inventory control, replenishment, and shipping teams to coordinate workload, schedule labor, and meet shipping deadlines.
  • Monitor operational processes and troubleshoot issues in real time, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Apply and promote best practices for efficient picking, packing, and loading operations.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized dock, picking lanes, and staging areas.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on accuracy, speed, and labor efficiency.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Outbound Manager.
