About The Position

The Operations/Distribution Intern role at The Kendall Group involves contributing to meaningful projects that support warehouse operations, distribution workflow, and overall process efficiency. Interns will gain hands-on experience working alongside operations professionals on real business needs. The Kendall Group offers a 10–12 week paid internship program designed to provide essential experience and knowledge for a career in Operations/Distribution. This is a project-based internship where each intern will own and deliver one or multiple projects from start to finish, addressing a functional gap and driving tangible business value. The program aims to provide valuable experience to students and potential long-term opportunities. Interns will have direct exposure to foundational Operations/Distribution principles, work alongside professionals, and engage in real-world work meaningful to the business and customers. Each intern will have a dedicated manager/trainer, a personal coach, and regular meetings with the internship coordination team. Interns will also have the opportunity to participate in a Kendall Charitable Giving Event and meet executive and senior leadership team members, gaining exposure to various business units and departments.

Requirements

  • Pursuing an associates, bachelor's or graduate degree at an accredited institution in Business, Supply Chain, Distribution Management, or related field
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • A well-rounded skill set including knowledge of common software packages
  • Organization skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Ability to see, talk and hear
  • Ability to sit for 8 hours a day
  • Must be available to work on-site
