About The Position

Picture yourself in a fast-moving distribution center where every pallet you touch helps stock store shelves across the region. You’ll move between inbound trailers and pick aisles, using handheld technology to select the right cases, guiding product to the right place, and keeping our operation spotless and safe. Once trained and certified, you’ll confidently jump on a forklift to move materials where they need to go.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to work weekends, holidays, and non-standard hours as needed.
• Able to lift 15 to 50 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods with or without a reasonable accommodation.
• Comfortable climbing, bending, reaching, stooping, kneeling, and stretching for long periods with or without a reasonable accommodation.
• Capable of repeatedly lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and handling product with or without a reasonable accommodation.
• Willing and able to work at heights using ladders or lifts to access areas of the plant.
• Comfortable working around extreme temperatures and humidity, hazardous/loud equipment, and on occasionally slippery surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Unload incoming trailers and load outbound shipments, moving pallets and individual cases.
• Use required technology to pick and stage accurate orders for delivery.
• Operate a forklift safely after we provide training and you earn certification.
• Load trailers using carts or by hand-stacking cases onto trailer floors.
• Maintain housekeeping and complete assigned sanitation tasks.
