About The Position

Be the link between receiving and shipping Location: Lima, OH Distribution Center — 2599 Fort Shawnee Industrial Drive, Lima, OH 45806, United States of America Pay & schedule: $19/hour starting wage; third shift earns an additional $1.50/hour. Bi-weekly pay. Third shift hours: 10:00 p.m.–6:30 a.m. Overtime available based on business needs. How to apply fast: Text "PPG" to +1 412-968-8670. What you'll do Receive trailers, unload materials, and confirm counts/conditions. Put away goods to designated bins and rotate inventory to standards. Pick and process pallet and parcel orders with precision and speed. Use RF scanners, computers, and powered equipment; follow lean distribution practices. Generate shipping paperwork and capture all required data in Oracle WMS. Comply with DOT, OSHA, EPA, EEO, ISO, and all PPG policies. Assist with cycle counts, audits, and replenishment; identify potential stockouts. Engage in safety meetings/observations and help maintain a safe workplace. Perform minor upkeep on pallet jacks, forklifts, and related equipment. Support managers and supervisors on projects and daily priorities. What you'll bring 1–2 years in a warehouse or manufacturing environment. Foundational reading, writing, math, and communication abilities for order processing and documentation. Experience with paint or hazardous materials is advantageous. Detail-focused with basic computer literacy and strong organizational habits. Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly; able to stand for long periods. Fork-truck and hand-jack experience is a plus. Availability to work holidays and overtime as needed. Requirements

1–2 years in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
Foundational reading, writing, math, and communication abilities for order processing and documentation.
