About The Position

Our 10-week paid Summer Internship Program is designed to attract and develop future leaders. This opportunity is for individuals currently enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing career opportunities in a retail distribution center. As a Distribution Center Intern at Michaels, you will gain hands-on experience in Lancaster, CA, with core responsibilities, relevant projects, and professional development opportunities.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or a related field.
GPA of 3.0 or above
College juniors and above
Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
A strong communicator, creative thinker, and team player who is eager to learn and grow.
Demonstrate a desire to gain firsthand knowledge of Distribution Center processes and terminology.

Nice To Haves

Experience working in a retail environment or distribution center is preferred.
