Join Casey's as a Distribution Center Custodian. In this role, you will perform cleaning tasks and operation of various types of cleaning equipment to care for and maintain our distribution center.

Requirements

Ability to use cleaning chemicals and equipment in a safe manner.
Knowledge of sanitation practices.

Responsibilities

Follows the Daily Sanitation Schedule for area assigned, including Ambient, Freezer, Cooler, inside and outside facility.
Performs cleaning of all floor areas such as vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, stripping, waxing, including operation of floor scrubbing equipment.
Cleans, disinfects and maintains supplies in the rest rooms, locker rooms, and Breakrooms.
Follows Color Code Sanitation Practices.
Cleans, disinfects and washes all glass surfaces; any high touch surfaces and dusts and polishes furniture.
Maintains a clean and orderly Custodial Supply Closet.
Collects trash from receptacles throughout the building, and empties it into designated area.
Removes unusable cardboard, plastic, and wood pieces throughout the DC and disposes of those items in the designated areas.
Safely operates the Cardboard Baler Machine, Ride-on Floor Scrubber, and general warehouse equipment as needed.
Performs other related duties, as assigned.
