FleetPride (Memphis) is looking for a Distribution Center Associate II - Big Parts Associate who is responsible for safely, accurately, and productively picking orders in the selective rack area in the Distribution Center. Typically, the associate will lift, pull and move heavy duty truck parts that might be in excess of 50 lbs. The associate will also have to do the following throughout the day: walking, bending, twisting, stepping, stooping, reaching, lifting, and pushing. Requirements

High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Two years of forklift/ Rf Scan gun experience in a distribution facility
Heavy duty truck parts knowledge/ experience
Ability to operate a sit- down, reach and a double pallet jack
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. while maintaining attention to detail

Responsibilities

Put-away, load, unload, move, stack and stage products and materials using a reach truck and sit-down forklift, 80% of specified shift
Pull and prepare product for shipment using the Rf Scan gun to ensure the exact number and types of products
Ability to utilize the Warehouse Management System to keep records and reports
Ensure 100% accuracy of all orders and maintain product safely stacked, organized and without overfilling or exceeding specific weight limitations per designed area
Lift product by hand which may weigh up to 100lbs
