Requirements
- Minimum of High School diploma or GED required
- Valid Texas DL required
- At least 3-5 years in logistics/warehouse environment required-
- Able to accurately process returns, exchanges, submit RA on returns, shipping, receiving, inventory cycle counts, other general warehouse duties
- 1-2 years in a team lead or manager role required
- Able to direct delivery staff related to work orders, routes, and other internal activities
- Excellent communication skills and customer service attitude
- Proficient with MS Office including Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Familiar with inventory management, Point of Sale or other logistics software
- Experience using pallet jacks, wheeled dollies, and other logistics equipment
- Ability to lift objects over 100 lbs (with assistance)
- Ability to adapt to frequent changes
- Strong work ethic and adherence to a regular schedule
- Availability to work any days (6:30am-6pm), except Sunday
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of residential appliances a plus
Responsibilities
- supporting daily activities within the appliance warehouse
- processing of incoming/outgoing inventory
- acting as a point of contact for key departments including sales, purchasing, and accounting
