About The Position

Work with clients to establish detailed profiles and procedures that properly represent their export/import process. Models and acts in acts in accordance with our guiding principles and core values.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned distribution accounts.
Process incoming orders from distribution accounts accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all order specifications are correctly entered into the system.
Create outbound orders in the system, ensuring accuracy of order specifications, and shipping instructions.
Coordinate with internal warehouse and transportation teams to optimize order picking, packing, and shipping processes
Provide exceptional customer service to distribution accounts, proactively addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and managing escalations in a timely and professional manner.
Use of technology tools and systems, such as warehouse management systems (WMS), transportation management systems (TMS), and yard management system (YMS).
Provide customer-specific reports such as inventory reports, inbound and outbound shipment reports, and other customized reports to meet client requirements.
Perform tasks strictly as assigned. If you have questions and/or doubts you must stop immediately for additional instructions.
Be courteous and responsible with all drivers and/or contract vendors.
Compliance with Safety and Security Programs.
Maintain Facilities, clean, organized, & compliant with regulation.
